Our Mission

Our mission is to revolutionize the local food supply chain by empowering home growers to sell directly to their communities, fostering a sustainable, plastic-free, and community-driven marketplace. We are committed to promoting clean, British-grown produce while ensuring that our success directly benefits the communities we serve. Through ethical business practices, environmental responsibility, and local reinvestment, we strive to create a fair, transparent, and resilient food system that connects people with fresher, more sustainable ingredients.

Our Values

Sustainability First – We champion eco-friendly practices, from plastic-free packaging to reducing food miles, ensuring a greener future for local food systems.

Community Commitment – We  plan to reinvest in the communities that power our platform, supporting local charities, food education, and food banks through our profit-sharing model.

Transparency & Trust – We foster direct relationships between growers and buyers, ensuring honest, traceable, and high-quality produce.

British-Grown, Locally Sourced – We celebrate the best of British-grown fruit and vegetables, prioritizing seasonal and regional produce.

Empowerment & Growth – We support home growers in building sustainable businesses, giving them access to tools, visibility, and direct connections with buyers.

Innovation for Good – We use smart technology to streamline local food sourcing, making it easier for restaurants to access fresh, sustainable produce.

How it Works:

We plan to allocate a percentage of our net profit from each community back into that specific community. This ensures that the profits we earn locally stay local and are used to support charitable initiatives, food education programs, local councils, and food banks.

But here’s the key part: donations are based on platform activity. This means that each community will only receive funds if there is business activity and profit generated from the platform in that area. If a community is not generating profit, no donation will be made. This ensures that every donation comes from real, sustained growth within that community.

What’s Included:

  • Charity Support: Donations are distributed to local charities, food banks, and organizations that are working to support those in need within the community.
  • Food Education: We fund programs that promote better eating habits, sustainability, and education on local food production.
  • Impactful Giving: The funds are split among local organizations based on the needs of the community and the amount of money available.

Transparency and Engagement:

We believe in transparency, so each month we’ll share updates on the impact of our donations through case studies, success stories, and reports. You’ll see first hand how your involvement is making a difference in your community.
